I've had my hair done by both Helen and Ellie-May; and not only do they provide you with exactly what you've asked for, they do so with such precise. They offer a welcoming and friendly experience and always have their customers best interest. I now live outside of Birmingham and actually travel just to have my hair cut and styled by the girls. Chanell did an incredible job cutting and styling my daughters hair. She was so happy with it, she's 7 and would not stop looking at herself in every reflection she could find on the way home. Chanell interacted with all of the customers either already waiting or coming into the salon making everyone feel welcome. She made it such an enjoyable experience for my daughter.
