These are the worst people to deal with when it comes to customer service. I am now chasing them for an email confirmation of the remmap done to my car. It was 1.5years ago when I paid a deposit for remmap and dyno test. After a week they said dyno not working. I called them again and they said they will get back to me which never happened. After a month called again to see if dyno was repaired and they said they will call me back. Never happened. After 1.5 years I call them to pay the rest of the money and have a mobile engineer cone do the remmap. Not only that I have encountered a manager who had the audacity to tell me that I am calling after 1.5 years and do I expect a refund he won’t do it, he didn’t even listen to what I had to say that I was wiling to actually have it done and no reffund. Finally booked a mobile engineer to come do the job. Told him to send me an email confirmation of the job and payment, he said they will. Never received anything. Called them to remind them and they said they will send it. I had no answer again from them so called in again. They still haven’t sent it to me. Absolutely disgusting to deal with. 0 customer service. Manager has no customer service experience and has an attitude issue. Staff is unprofessional and never keep their word.

Never Go with this company one of the worst you can deal with. They simply will scam you for the booking fee and if they realize they can't do the work, they will be happy to keep the money. Don't PAY anything else they come and do the job. So I send an email through the website to ask for dpf delete Heinrich who responded to me and said "Please consider you will need a decat before the software deactivation" which confused me as why would I need a decat, so I asked why would I need a decat and he phoned in said that he misunderstood and the car doesn't need a decat which should have been my first warning. Then I explained to him that I want a dpf delete without physically removing the dpf he said yea I think it is possible but it will be better to ask the technician who will come out for the job before coming to the job to see if it is possible, let me take a booking and a booking fee and it IS REFUNDABLE if we couldn't do the job. I said sure why not I am losing nothing here. he was happy to take the money, but then I received a call from the technician who said no it is not possible to do so, and you need to remove it before we come out to you. So I said okay then there is no point in doing the work as the dpf delete is all that I asked from the start when I spoke to Heinrich. Then I asked Heinrich for a refund for the booking as he should have known from the start that I can't do the dpf delete without removing the DPF physically, yet he responded nope we don't return booking fee, I explained to him that he should have known this information before taking money but he seem to not care, and when I asked to speak to a manager he said I am the manager. Customer service is 0 and experience is below zero, don't do it and waste your money go with a company that respects customers, let me add that on the call he said I am doing a curtsey speaking to you on the phone. Update**: Jo smith from the company rectified the situation and refunded the money fully.
