They DO NOT service a bike you buy. So don't let them tell you otherwise. I also saw them checking someone's part ex,( back wheel bearing), one guy was lifting the bike while one was swinging on the wheel saying, yeah there's movement 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. All the gear , no idea 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Stay away, cheap and nasty

After reading some of the negative and bad experiences people have had with superbike Factory, I was a bit sceptical about getting a bike with them. However i can't fault anything, from choosing my bike to collecting it was first class. Even got a little 10% off buying a pair of gloves when I picked the bike up. I rode the bike back 200miles and it never missed a beat. One happy lad, even got the joy of looking at it in the living room 😁

The bike I bought from here was lovely and I am happy with it however the service I received was terrible. I ordered a tracker to be fitted on the bike, even called to confirm it was fitted and yet when I got there after a 5 hour drive it wasn’t. To add insult to injury they passed my details to the tracker company who then kept calling me to activate it. After explaining what had happened the tracking company asked if I would still like one and quoted me £100 less that Superbike factory charged.
