    It was so good for customer service and the online garage portal that update you every step of the way for your new bike to be checked and MOTD and delivered, the checks they do are great and free delivery too. BUT not being able to haggle on price or get any extras if paying cash etc bit of a shame, the delivery of the bike and taking away of my Px was excellent HOWEVER THE-BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE POOR - very poor valet of new bike. When getting a new bike especially paying 10k it’s. A big day and to see such a poor poor attempt to valet was hugely disappointing .

    Pure shambles from day I paid the deposit bike needed repairs no one could tell me what kept getting passed about when ever they answered jack stagg was ment to be my sales agent spoke once then they were saying no access to the bike worse company I've ever dealt with when the bike arrived the mirrors fell off it 20 yards down the road been promised a email to send the invoice to for the refund but keep getting pamped of never again only people in the whole Company that helped was Amy and Amber

    Absolute shambles. All staff on computer and totally ignore customers. I went to view a bike after speaking to them on the phone but nobody gave me time of day except a young lad having his break who did his best to help. Obviously I kept my money in my pocket to spend elsewhere.
