Good facilities, great staff and very competitive rates. Super service from all the people on site. We had a problem with a guttering leak in one of the units but the issue was sorted without any fuss or argument. Would use Super Storage again!

New to Stoke-on-Trent and my house was not ready I did not know anyone or any storage. Of all the storages I called this one was the best in professionalism and price. I have been with them since 8 March to 20August 2021, not one day did they change their attitude. I did not know what capacity I would need, they guided me to the right size and were clear on terms. Very professional on the phone, emails and in person no matter who you speak to. I would use them over and over again. It is good to know there are companies that deliver their promised service. I definitely recommend this company for personal storage with helpful and kind staff in reception. I had a meeting and was unable to meet the transport lorry with my families goods, however, they sorted everything out when the driver arrived on our behalf. Thank you very much 👍
