I really feel bad to post a 1star review because Carscope is also to be blamed. I bought Carscope nozzles through My Car Cleaning, Shipped from the UK to Canada. Paid 41GBP for the nozzles and 55GBP for shipping. For that, I expected the part to show up as shown on their website. I received a different part which means the nozzles were different. The photo shows 1/4 MEG but what I received was a MEG nozzle. Completely different spray pattern. Car cleaning was trying to convince me to use the one they sent but I dont want to because thats not the one I ordered. I have to pay return charges which is close to $80 so I decided to sell it in the local market. It is very frustrating that either Car Cleaning or Carscope came forward to help resolve the situation. I thought of leaving my feedback so that you expect some disappointment if things go sideways because absolutely no help with be extended.

Received a £50 gift card for my birthday for My Car Cleaning which I kept for when I needed to restock my cleaning products. Came to use it and noticed it had an expiry date of April 2023. I contacted the branch today (11th May 2023) to ask if I could still use it if I was to head to branch now. Response was simply “NO”. Awful customer care.
