    We did not use the service. A driver hit the telephone pool in the street and it ripped the telephone line off our house, causing a hole in the fascia and damaging the soffit. The driver took our details and the business didn’t bother to ring us to discuss or apologise for the damage caused to our house. UPDATE - have had a phone call and had everything explained. Confusion over neighbour and us. Accepted that they called BT to get them out quickly and that they are trying to arrange someone to come out to assess the damage.
