The service I have received from Sunshine Solar has been my best experience for service and help with the installation of the system I purchased from them. The system I have installed now runs my static caravan, 2 fridge freezers, and a washing machine off grid with no problems and very little sun at this time of year. The system I purchased consists of: 4 x 400 watt solar panels 1 MPPT controller 4 x 12 volt 200 amp AGM batteries 1 inverter various sundries I had excellent service from Sam on the sales team. I also had excellent technical help from Andrew on the technical advice telephone line

Can’t recommend sunshine solar enough., 3kw invererter went wrong, it was 2 years out of the warranty,I phoned for some advise, I think it was Mike who helped, he told us to return it and they would look at it, he phoned me back a few days later to say it had gone wrong and that they would send us a refurbished one with-no charge. A big thank you to the whole team at sunshine solar for the fast and honest service that you provided, we really appreciate it. Thanks again narrowboat tranquillity

I called Sunshine Solar for some help with a Solar controller due to my one over charging batteries. I dont have much knowledge about Solar at all.
