This is our second purchase from sunset spas first was a hot tub during lockdown and we now we have our 14ft swim spa! It’s great we all love it especially the kids! Dans service is always amazing, friendly, helpful and honest unlike some other companies I came across during my swim spa search! We purchased our Southseas Special Edition hot tub from Dan in June. Delivery 🚚 by crane to the rear of our garden was very professionally done. The spa is great and we appreciated the advice Dan gave to help out selection. 6 months on we are very happy and enjoying the tub 3 or 4x a week with the kids 🙂. Highly recommended

We bought our hot tub last year and I didnt leave a review at the time cos I like to leave a bit of time, just to see! Gotta say, Dan at Sunset Spas is absolutely superb. We hadn't owned a tub before and we were completely reliant on his advice. He hasn't failed to please. His recommendation of a fully insulated tub was so worthwhile as we are not seeing much increase in electricity useage. We did have a problem with the pump becoming noisy after a few months, but we called Dan and he said there had been a small faulty batch. Without hesitation he came out and replaced it, no fuss, no dramas or chasing him. Absolutely first rate company and brilliant after sales. No hesitation in recommending him. Thanks Sunset Spa's :-)

We are very impressed with the customer service both before purchasing a hot tub and after sales. Our new hot tub is fabulous and was ordered, delivered and installed within a week. Sunset Spas even helped us to source an electrician quickly when we couldn’t find one available. Highly recommend.
