I have been a Sunsail owner for four years now and I have yet to be upset by anything that I have encountered. Sometimes the boats that we have chartered have not been up to scratch but a call to head office and an email detailing any faults have always been met with a good positive response. I would certainly recommend Sunsail / Moorings to anybody who wants to charter anywhere in the world. There are plenty of other companies who try to do the same thing but they are followers where Sunsail leads and they are still the best.

Terrible company to try and communicate with, they seem happy to ignore their own terms and conditions as it pleases them and their idea of customer service consistently involves ignoring questions or just copy-pasting generic responses back. Dealing with Sunsail and having to turn to the courts to get them to follow their own contract has come close to putting me off sailing altogether.
