From the original email sent for further information, to our order placed online, the regular check ins to finally, the delivery and yesterday's install - I truly couldn't recommend Suns Lifestyle enough. We placed an order then after checking my 'man math' we had to change our order. We emailed on a Sunday evening and Monday before 10am, we had an email with a reply. "Absolutely Mr. Yusef, these things happen. We can confirm your order have been changed and a partial refund to compensate the new order". If our journey of thankfulness ended here, it would have already been a 5 star review... but then...we had the install 🙂 If I could give 6 stars, I would. Charlie and Serah were honestly faultless. I truly felt their honestly, passion and just down to earth approach to our install. Charlie and Serah installed our pergola like it was their own. They took the time to install how it would best look in our garden, played with the dog and were so polite to our little one (who is very inquisitive!). We had a slight hiccup with my 'man math' and our hot tub was literally 15cm out of place. Both Charlie and Serah were trying to find a solution and came up with a few options but both said it would be a better finish to drain and move. I was a little stressed but both kept saying this would not slow them down and that it gives them a little extra time to adjust bits so "please don't stress". Drained and then helped from them both to move a hot tub, it's these little extra details that are what made me super glad I chose Suns Lifestyle. Thank you Suns Lifestyle and T.H.A.N.K Y.O.U Charlie and Serah, you both are an asset to an already great family run team and company. Thank you all again.
