Terrible attitude to renting a room to stay long term, on the phone I offered her £600 per month to rent a double room long term with out breakfast & being waited on as long as I can cook my own meals & she agreed, I turn up then she tells me there is no bed in the room & to buy my own, then she tells me I'm not aloud in the room in the daytime at all (using the electric & water) This is not the way to run a business & I'm glad I'm not handing over my hard earned cash because she old lady doesn't deserve it with that attitude. The interior looks rundown & in desperate need of a make over, god knows how old the beds & mattresses are, that is if she provides one in the first place & the outside needs repainting as it's nearly back to bare timber on the windows rotting away etc. Avoid & don't waste your time booking this hole.
