Our cottages come equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, and basic toiletries. We also provide free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Outdoor amenities include a BBQ grill, picnic table, and access to our private beach.

What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. However, we may be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs upon request. Guests will be provided with a code to access their cottage key in a lockbox on the property.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

We require a 14-day notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation date will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's stay. No-shows will also be charged a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Are pets allowed in the cottages?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of our cottages.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals?

During peak season (June 15th - September 15th), we require a 3-night minimum stay for weekend bookings (Friday - Sunday) and a 4-night minimum stay for weekday bookings (Monday - Thursday). During off-peak season, there is no minimum stay requirement.
