I lost my two precious cats 6months apart from each other and I was recommended John from sunnyfields. He has been a pleasure to do business with and showed so much compassion and dealt with us so considerately and made me feel very comfortable using his services. Our babies are in beautiful wooden cases with a plaque and presented lovely upon delivery with poems that was comforting. Our family dog passed away at home with us, we contacted sunningfields soon after and they arranged pick up swiftly for cremation. The man was so helpful and respectful, he knew our beloved boy meant so much to us and the treatment we received was second to none. We contacted him for extra engraving to the plaque which he went above and beyond to sort out. This was a very sad time but sunnyfields made it as easy and straightforward as possible. Highly recommended.

This is a while after the event but over the summer this year our family of rabbits died to a horrible unknown virus. John showed us warmth and empathy and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. He even took my calls on a Sunday as the virus was killing our rabbits one at a time over a few days. We therefore had to go to see him a few times. He remembered the names of all 4 of our rabbits, my wife and I, and both of our children. He gave us time with our pets to say goodbye and prepared everything for us, as well as having a number of beautiful poems that we could share with our children afterwards. Thank you John.
