Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah Wa Barakatuhu. Alhamdolillah I had the honour of being invited to Hajj by Allah SWT last year 2019. We choose to go with Sunnah Tours because they were recommended to us by a close family member who had been on Hajj with them a few years earlier with his son. I'd like to start by asking Allah SWT to bless the brothers who were part of our journey and made it a once in a lifetime experience that we will always hold close to our hearts. These brothers all go above and beyond to make sure your hajj is the best it can be. I see some negative comments on some reviews, and I think the people who wrote them simply did not understand the test that they were put under. From before the moment you said yes you wanted to go on this blessed journey up until you are back home, you are under a test, this is the test of sabr. Anyone who says anything bad about Sunnah Tours seriously has got to take a step back and understand what the complex nature of what these brothers try to sort out for you. Alhamdolillah they go above and beyond what anyone else offers, from the moment you decide to book your trip with them they are available 24-7 to answer any of your queries or concerns. The pre hajj workshop they hold is excellent. A chance to meet up with these beautiful brothers and have a meaningful and responsive session where they go through everything that you will take part in during your time with them. They are honest and sincere in all the interaction and information they give you. Sunnah Tours team have been doing Hajj & Umrah tours for a long time. This means they have the experience and knowledge to help you with your Hajj, but Also to let you know to expect the unexpected. Yes sometimes there will be issues that are out of their control we had some that happened when we were there but Alhamdolillah 3 things: 1. You have been told already before you go to expect anything to happen, you are 1 in several million Muslims who are attending for the same reason, nobody can give you a 100% guarantee that your trip will be perfect and the unexpected won't happen, if you believe that you won't have unexpected issues forget about going and whoever tells you this is a liar. 2. These brothers will do absolutely everything that they possibly can to fix or work around the issue. 3. Sabr! Sabr is something that you absolutely need to have all the way through this amazing beautiful journey that you have been called to undertake by Allah SWT. Sabr in every single aspect of this journey. Sabr from when you are in the UK filling out your forms to when your in the airport waiting to board your flight to being in the queue at Maccy D! I am deeply saddened to see negative comments here, accusing the brothers, I feel sorry for the writers of such comments, you have zero idea of the professional team you didn't get to know, and again you failed in your test of Sabr, which began from the moment you decided you wanted to go. We went as a group of 5. From Birmingham and Aylesbury Buckinghamshire. Alhamdolillah our journey was only 17 day, but every day was golden. We had and still have absolute trust with brother Sher Zaman and the Sunnah Tours team, they took care of us and helped us make the most of every day. There will always be some moaners, those who will pick out the smallest detail to complain about, but as with anything in life those people exist everywhere and look for issues wherever they are, and in whatever they are doing. I am honoured to be able to recommend Sunnah Tours to you all who are looking to go to Hajj or Umrah. You won't find a better team to have on your side. Reading some of the comments above and responses, it is sad that we can belittle someone over a confusion and slight mistakes. I have been travelling with Sunnah Tours since 2004 and I have nothing but praise for this company and the people of this company. The owners are the most humble, helpful and at the forefront of dealing with any problem that they have been faced with. I would choose to travel with Sunnah Tours on all my Umrah and Hajj trips because of the the people who are involved in this company and not the packages etc they offer as anyone travel agent can offer a variety of packages. They are the most genuine, caring and humble set of people I have come across. May Allah take the company to every success and protect its honour and the honour of the people who run it. Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for it is all good, and this does not apply to anyone except the believer.
