We had the pleasure of using Sherine at Sunlight Caribbean to cater for our blessing party. From the start Sherine was polite and professional, provided a quote in good time and adapted the menu to suit our needs including an allergy. They delivered the food on time to the hall where the party was and set it up nicely in the kitchen. “The best fish I have ever tasted” said one guest. “The chicken was sooo good.” Another guest shared. All the food was polished off and there was a queue around the hall for everyone to get some tasty food. We were fuelled for dancing and the food represented my culture in a mixed partnership- so appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend and will be using again. Thank you Sherine ♥️ Joanna & Simon
