I recently completed ‘Get to grips with the potters wheel’ and a Pot Luck session at Sunken Studio. Loved the chance to learn new skills in a relaxed environment. The tutors allow lots of time for exploration as well as breaking the process down into small steps. Relaxed and creative space - really recommend it! (cant wait to see the final pieces!)

I booked the throwing experience for my partners birthday. As avid watchers of the Pottery Throw Down we wanted to have a go for ourselves and we weren't disappointed. The tutor was lovely and super helpful, we had enough time to learn the basics and then ample time to practice for multiple attempts. In the end we got to pick out best attempt to be fired for collection later. Overall a really good session and a welcome change to our normal Sunday mornings.
