If you want after purchase care and require the doors to be serviced - Don’t bother buying from this company. They recommended a company for me to use the only one company in the area. This company asked me to send in pics/details. I spoke to them on two occasions and never got back to me. Joke.

We recently had Sunflex doors installed in our new extension by Haus Glass in Warrington. I love the look of them and am really pleased overall. They’re strong and sturdy and glide really well. But I get a really bad draught around the door frames which makes my room really cold. Can you offer me any sound advice on how to improve this?

I had a set of sunflex bifold doors fitted 3 years ago. After 18months one of the triple glazed glass units cracked - it was after a sub zero night the crack was on the middle pane emanating from the edge of the unit inwards - Nothing had touched the doors! This summer a second unit cracked different panel exactly the same crack this time from heat (>36 degree) both times sunflex have refused to take ownership of obviously faulty panels. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. Appalling customer service

Not only is the product great, but the customer support is amazing. I am the end customer and appreciate that Sunflex operate through distributors. That did not cause an issue and Sunflex were perfectly prepared to offer assistance and support. There is a nice analogy but no doubt that would cause me problems with others, so, thank you.
