I bought a very expensive bike on the cycle to work scheme and was offered 30 days free trial with Sundays. I had only the bike 3 weeks and it was stolen from me (whilst riding it). Sundays were very sympathetic and very quick to process my claim and get it approved I am now in the process of getting a replacement bike which has also been a very hassle free process. The theft was a very traumatic event and I am very glad that I took out insurance with this company. I highly recommend them.

Helpful informative and professional customer service. Easy to arrange in my case by phone after a 'complimentary period of insurance'. Peace of mind. (Only other constructive comment - seems have to pay monthly by DD and no facility to pay a lump sum. Addendum - no DD facility but a re-occurring online card payment)
