Words don't describe the disappointment and frustration. From the very outset, the intent was to have a garden Room, all documented in emails. To achieve this starts with the veranda and then the glazing except that Mike didn't effectively manage this, the design is incorrect leaving a pillar inset from the end. As a result, nobody can glaze the structure without remedial work. I appreciate that Mike has had some personal issues but a year later, no answer to the phone for months. Absolute waste of time and money. We don't have a complete solution, we have a disappointing unfinished project. Take my stern advice and go elsewhere, you have been warned! Mike, you know where we are if you want to address this, I'm prepared to amend my review.

February 2020 Sunbeam canopies was paid £4,000 for a 30-ft carport, which was left unfinished and leaking. Attempts have been made to contact Mike by phone, email and letter. He has never responded Mike has vanished . Please please do not have Sunbeam canapes to do any work.
