I wish I could give a 0 star. Couple of months wait for cash drawer and now more than 2 months waiting for cable of printer. Customer services really really headache. Stay away from this company.

Couldn't rate higher. I've waited until we have been using the software for a few months until posting our feedback as have been impressed by systems before only to have ongoing issues and lack of technical support and that is certainly not the case here. I run a small tearoom and this software gives us all of the flexibility that we need to take custom orders at the table without being overly complex. Support has been great from the get go and continues to be so, they even uploaded all of our products from our old software. Having switched a couple of times in the last few years (once as we needed a more complex system than the one we were previously using and then again as the new one didn't quite deliver in line with expectations) I was thrilled to have this task taken away from me. Great software that works easily with existing iPads and card machines, really impressed.
