You are not my friend then why you are addressing a customer as 'hey'. You have to learn manners to treat customers. Yes I was given credit note and when I asked about it expiry date, I was told by your staff that there is no expiry for that online code. If I was told accurate info I would have used the credit on time, I would n't have wasted my money....nobody want. More over I did not argue for my money back ...I just gave my feedback what I experienced. so do you expect customers should not have right to give feedback ? It does not matter small/big business...you have to provide good customer service. I would have give minus review if available. dis-honest shop...I was given refund e-credit note and I was told by one of the staff that it does not has an expiry date... But when I tried to use after an year, they said the e note is expired as it is valid only or 12 months...I went to the shop directly and asked them that how I was given wrong info...they don't have any explanation. Seems carelessness...staff were not properly trained on giving accurate info to customers.

It’s my best friends stag do this weekend and I completely forgot about the tradition of getting an outfit.
