Having been extremely disappointed with the lack of help provided by other local MG dealers, we cannot praise Summit Garage highly enough for the support given to us since the purchase of our first electric car, the MG4 Trophy. Unfortunately we did not purchase the car from here but will certainly be taking it to Summit Garage for all future servicing, repair, MOTs etc when required. Although we are very pleased with the car generally, we had several questions relating to the fact that we have no previous experience of electric cars. Rachel from the sales dept was the only person that we found, who gave us the time and the benefit of her expertise in order that we could obtain the answers we needed. For that we are extremely grateful. Our future custom at Summit Garage is guaranteed. If you are thinking of buying an MG we recommend them without reservation.

Where do we start. Wasted 40 minute drive to collect a car that wasn’t in a state to collect the staff are as scruffy as the car we tried to collect ripped seats dog hair on the seat mud on the back seat cracked bumper rust by the windscreen all of which the so called sales women had seen in the morning but didn’t think to get it sorted or give us a call to say there was a problem she thought it was presentable to give out to a customer like that. Both staff members was a scruffy food down his shirt disgusting customer service the cleanest thing in there was the toilets. All the cars that had been valeted looked shocking an everyone seem to have the same dink on the back bumper. All staff rude and very defensive avoid at all cost go else where. Here is your reply as I can’t reply to it. Response from the owner 20 minutes ago Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry you felt the MG you were purchasing was not to your requirements. This vehicle is five years old and has a few minor "wear and tear" age related marks, but is a one owner, full service history vehicle and would be the perfect car for someone. When you expressed that you weren't happy, we offered you another similar car, but you picked out a chip on the bumper. You did like a gleaming example of another similar, but lower mileage car in our showroom, but weren't prepared to pay the higher price. I refunded your deposit the next day. I was present in the showroom myself and my staff were courteous at all times and not scruffy. I do hope you find the ideal vehicle for you and thinking that viewing before agreeing to purchase might save you a lot of time and wasted journeys. I am not stupid I understand the age of the car but the damage and dirt and dogs hairs was not in the pictures nor was the rip on the seat shown on your website so get your facts correct first before you reply. The car in the show room had been sold apparently at the last time I checked was still available so I wasn’t prepared to pay the extra is also false you’re really not great with your information. The one bloke in the show room had food down his shirt again your information is false. I pointed out the damage on the car with the paint procreation as your sales team didn’t have a clue like with most things in selling cars by the look of them. We also requested a call back to surprise surprises we have still not received. This is the worst sales room I’ve ever been too not a great representation of MG. We look forward to your call back as promised by the women

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from here. Rachel was the person who dealt with me and the service was first class. Everything was dealt with for me from start to finish. When I picked up the car it had been serviced and MOT completed and because there was a slight query on one tyre they changed the tyre. She sorted out all the legal issues with DVLA and then explained all the facilities the car offered. I haven’t bought a car for a long time and I would highly recommend this garage it made the purchase trouble free
