Jo was excellent from start to finish; she listened to our brief and translated what we wanted into a transformational space and, crucially, something that was in budget. Jo went above and beyond in so many ways and was keen to see the project through. Jo kept in regular contact with our builder during the build to make sure the drawings were clear to him and helped us on matters well outside of her ‘scope’ of works.
