I had an amazing “express” 30 minutes coaching session with Sarah, during which we focused on just one area of my life that I wanted to improve. We discussed the various steps I could take to reach my goal using a variety of tools including visualisation, allowing me to take a step back and really THINK about what was important to me and thus help me find a sense of direction that felt right. Rather than telling me what I needed to do, Sarah encouraged me to make my own decisions, identify what hurdles I would need to deal with along the way and ultimately how much better I would feel when I got to where I wanted to be.
