What wonderful staff work here. Sadly we had to plan a home euthanasia for our belovd cat Cleo (who had cancer) & the team at Summerleaze were so understanding, compasionate & responded so quickly to all my enquiries. My lovely 18 year- old cat 'Teabag' died just two days before Christmas in her sleep. I live alone and am housebound with health issues. Distraught at losing my best friend I called Summerleaze. Luckily I had already saved their number for such a time. They were just wonderful; patiently listening as I cried through what had happened. Teabag was collected from my home and returned shortly after Christmas. I now have her ashes, pawprint and some of her beautul long Tortie fur which brings SUCH comfort as I continue to grieve for my little friend. Thank you SO much to all at Summerleaze. X

Best decision I made was taking Shadow to Summerleaze. It's beautiful the staff were lovely and compassionate and the Chapel of rest is stunning. My dog deserved the best and I feel she got it. I'll be collecting her in a few hours no waiting for the Vet to call a week later. Losing my girl was awful but she's been well looked after at Summerleaze. Thank you to all those who looked after us
