Post often getting stolen or very late getting dispatched. Honestly, staff here to busy chatting away instead of doing their job or doing nothing at all. Ladies always to busy talking, lady with scarf is bone idol.

Terrible staff , the lady with the scarf is very nice she knows how to deliver good service , but the two asian males working there are very very RUDE !!! No respect for women at all !!! When you greet them they dont answer back and when you ask them something they walk away … i wonder how these women working there put up with them two !! Royal Mail please if you read this , do something about your staff !!! A bit of training in how to provide good service for your staffing wouldnt be such a bad idea !!

I went there on Wednesday and the young chap was very helpful. The other three women are nice too. I have been using this post office a long time and very rarely had an issue. I do wish the opening times were better. However the guy on the shop counter isn't very customer service orientated.
