    Paid for and booked a minor medical procedure in February, received no pre-op phone call as promised, tried calling all week but couldn’t get through, no one answered just had to try leaving a message or call would ring out. Received confirmation email night before appointment so turned up for the appointment (yesterday 10/3/23) and no one was there, still no phone calls or anything. Did some ringing around and managed to get through to the ex-director who claimed to have no affiliation with this practice then funnily enough I received a very plain email apology for the appointment being cancelled which was clearly written in a very rushed manner. Awaiting a refund and further apology, absolute waste of my time and dreadful service. Have sent feedback to CQC and other bodies as this is clearly happening to multiple people and they don’t care about the people they are affecting.

    It’s the week of my operation and after all the mental preparation this company has seemingly vanished into thin air. Won’t answer the phone, won’t reply to emails and didn’t call me for the preparatory operation phone call a week prior. Their staff have today been locked out of their Cardiff office as well. Horrendous because they’ve also taken all my money.

    At first i was not sure kenalog vaccien would be this effective. It took about 3 days to work that drug on me. I had my vaccien with Dr Ahmed, friendly human i must say. Will come back again. However the price is only the down side, but it is what it is.

    Had a lipoma removal at the Birmingham branch in May 2021. From enquiring to after care, my experience has been fantastic. I was booked in for my consultation and procedure within 10 days. The actual removal went amazingly well and Dr Roddah and the nurse (who was lovely and I'm gutted I can't remember the name of!) did everything they could to put me at ease. As a fellow nurse I was spoken to as a professional which I really appreciated. They were also both happy to indulge my love of gross things and took photos of the procedure and let me keep the removed lipoma! I came back a week later to have my stitches removed which took a matter of minutes. I found the price to be very reasonable - I regret not having this done sooner. I couldn't recommend the service any more highly for their treatment and support.

    After nearly 10years of waiting for the NHS to take me seriously about a recurring face cyst I emailed the summerfield health centre. For me, they asked all of the right questions and asked for photos in order to determine if they could help. Today I attended my appointment and I could not be more pleased, they talked me through everything and I have finally had it removed. Very pleased with the service received!

    Upon booking my appointment, the booking receptionists were rather unhelpful and it took a few phone calls to confirm the booking. When arriving at the clinic, the staff were friendly but weren’t efficient, covid safety wasn’t being followed by staff, no masks, safety barriers or hand sanitiser. The biggest issue I had is the injection itself, in previous years I’ve been given 80mg dose (1mg per 1kg of body weight) however, the clinician was adamant that the 40mg dose would be sufficient, without needing the other 40mg. It hasn’t been as effective this year, subsequently, I’m still having to take other medications to assist the injection. Sadly I won’t be coming back to Summerfield.
