What types of medical conditions do you treat at your urgent care center?

We treat a wide range of medical conditions at our urgent care center, including but not limited to: minor injuries, illnesses, infections, allergies, asthma, flu, colds, and broken bones. Our medical professionals are equipped to handle most non-life-threatening medical issues.

What types of emergency care services do you offer?

As an urgent care center, we offer a variety of emergency care services, including x-rays, lab work, and minor surgical procedures. We also have on-site emergency care physicians who are trained to handle more serious medical emergencies.

How are emergencies or urgent medical situations handled at the center?

We take all emergencies and urgent medical situations seriously at our center. Our medical professionals are trained to assess the situation and provide immediate care as needed. If a patient requires more extensive care, we will coordinate with local hospitals and emergency services to ensure they receive the appropriate care.

What is your average wait time for emergency care services?

Our average wait time for emergency care services varies depending on the severity of the medical issue and the number of patients in the center at the time. However, we strive to provide prompt medical care to all patients and work to minimize wait times whenever possible.

Can I make appointments for same-day or last-minute services?

Yes, we accept same-day and last-minute appointments for urgent care services. However, we also welcome walk-in patients who need immediate medical care without an appointment. Our goal is to provide accessible and convenient medical care to all patients.

Young brown lady reception with glasses was very polite. But, when i was seen by Kavita she was awful and rude. No good guidance, said she couldnt check my heart rate as my nail was in the way and basically just quickly asked me to open my mouth and looked for one second. Rudest “doctor” ive ever spoken too

Incredibly rude staff. Was speaking to a receptionist and a clinical member of staff stood looking over my shoulder then started to talk over me to the receptionist. I said you could have said excuse me … ‘I need to get to my room!!!’ I repeated yes and you could have said excuse me. Said receptionist then tried to hand me a mask, I have an exemption due to respiratory conditions and so advised of this, her response was ‘yes but I still have to give hand it to you anyway’ … I said I won’t be picking it up and walked away, what an absolute waste of resources. No one WANTS to come to urgent care, the staff included it seems. I’ve been here several times in the past year and it’s never been a good experience.

Dreadful reception staff working for the private company contracted by the NHS i beleive. Receptionist Stated first im late. Which I pointed out im not view the time. Then stated we can't treat you health condition. Again untrue as the Doctor did, he's a Doctor. Even tried to say they were full at one point. Then letting people in after me. I had to point out to her the receptionists you should treat people Equaliy and not discriminate, which she was going. By something she stated. She clearly prefired the look of other patients in my opnion I was last in to see the Doctor and had to complain more then once, I was seen last. But this caused further issues. As the Doctor did help me and he understood I did need medication, there was not a problem with the Doctor. This the only reason they gave not been marked the lowest star rateing. Went back here sent by my own doctor after this and could not get a simple dressing taken off my back that would have taken less then 5 minutes. They asked me to go to the Hospital A & E. This was the receptionist staff again. These people on reception needs to be re trained and be monitored.

What's the point of a walk-in centre if you have to make an appointment? Horrid, rude staff. Absolutely useless.

I called 101 they referred me to this clinic. I then received a call from I believe a doctor who at the end of the convo said they would send an email to my GP. I’ve called my GP and they have received nought. (Its been over a week now) I have now tried to call back twice today and phone was ringing then music then ringing for 14mins before I cut off. Then again for 21mins before I cut off! Absolutely diabolical!

Went there following couple of days of sore throat. The practitioner took one second to shine a light through my throat and prescribed antifungal without checking any lymph node. Nice staff but take your time to examine. People are there to be assured.
