I ordered this evening new year Eve at quarter to 5 and was told 40 minutes I ordered early as knew it would be busy being new year Eve and having 2 young children that are also eating. An hour passes still no food call them to be told our order has left the kitchen and on way. An hour and 30 mins later no order so call again to be told not sure what going on we are very busy can I call u back. Another 15 mins passes no food no call back so call again to be told mix up with orders just making our order now do we still want it??? Asked how long will be another hour???? How is this exceptable?? 2 young children now haven’t eaten and to now order somewhere else’s it’s going to be ages on new year Eve??? Disgusting not even an apology and wouldn’t put manager on the phone. We used to order from Them a lot never again after this!!!

The best takeout we have ever ordered. everything was perfectly prepared and filled the boxes. my aromatic quarter duck had enough duck for 2 people! it was brilliant. i’m quite skeptical about ordering food but everything came as i pictured and i’m very satisfied. definitely one of the best places and i will be ordering from here again!! highly recommend x
