Passed 1.5 hours since I placed the order and the food it’s not here yet. I called the shop, the guy said he just packed it after 1.15 hour of waiting and that I should wait, cancel or maybe my food will be cold. On uber was saying between 20 and 45 min. That changed to 50-60 minutes but still not delivered after 90minutes.

Food was expensive it arrived quick but the boxes were not full. The vegetarian main was inedible the whole order was salty the egg fried rice tasted like microwave bag rice and the icing on the cake a short black hair worst Chinese I’ve ever had if I could give a zero I would Vegetarian options: Awful

Discusting. Although the food was on time and there was alot of food in each box, my daughter was miserable this morning. Throwing up, having diarrhea and constantly crying. I will not be ordering again. If I could put zero stars, I would.

29/10/22 what is going on???? We have used Summer Palace for a couple of years and have always enjoyed our meals. But today ......£40 pretty much thrown in the bin: Greasy noodles, Spare ribs (more fat than meat) Chicken balls greasy and less chicken than usual. Crispy Shredded beef ( did not fit either description) .. Crispy Duck -- LOL Stale crackers. I know we're all trying to keep our heads above water and have to watch our money, even more reason for my feedback. Don't expect rubbish food for my hard earned money....won't be returning. No excuse

Ordered from this restaurant on Saturday June 11, 2020. We ordered King Prawns Cho Mein, King Prawns Fried Rice and Salt and Pepper Prawns. Overall the food was good, except that the King Prawns Fried Rice we couldn't eat, it tasted horrible, and I just couldn't work out why. The Salt and Pepper Prawns were delicious, irrespective that it was quite oily. However, the King Prawns Cho Mein was delicious in every sense of the word. I even got up and had the rest about midnight. That's my reason for a 4star.
