Great bus journey today on the 951 from Watford to Thorpe Park return. The bus came perfectly on time in both directions, exactly to the timetable. The driver Jasper was really friendly and helpful and a really lovely guy. Thank you Jasper for a really pleasant journey.

Waited nearly an hour for a 298 bus, one was supposed to arrive at 12:48, it didn't come, next one was due at 1:08, it didn't come. In the meantime, on the opposite side of the road, I've seen THREE 298 buses!!!! All the other buses are on time except the 298! Even the 84 bus gives better service. Not pleased at all, we depend on a bus to get us SOMEWHERE ON TIME!!!! 😡

this bus route makes the time table up as it goes along. you can not reply on it and have to give yourself 45 mins for a 10 minute journey. disgusting service.

I'm guessing Sullivan Buses don't care about the service they provide since they know there is no competition. There can be no other explanation for the fact that the dedicated school buses run so haphazardly, arriving at random times or not at all. And then you have the situation when the Bus App shows they're on their way and you wait, before realising that the bus clearly doesn't exist because it never gets closer and you have no other alternative to get to school. And that's before we get to the problem of numerous breakdowns, the lottery decision of whether to stop at the bus stop or not etc. All in all a terrible company who sadly don't need to care about poor reviews because they appear to have a monopoly.
