Horrific experience. The staff were all displaying negative emotions such as arrogance or discontent at having to work in the company. This resulted in an overall gloomy atmosphere. A total lack of assistance. There is a booking system that you have to sign in for prior to viewing the suits but this is not depicted anywhere in the store - how would anyone know this if there are no signs!? The oriental chap that was supposedly booking customers in was extremely sarcastic which is not a good look for such a business. If you are going to show a seriously gross attitude towards new customers then you may as turn away business there and then! During the suit fitting, the lady that assisted was not really helpful and again displayed a somber attitude which left me baffled as to what is really going on in this store! She did not offer many options and did not even mention that the suit customising process offers a vast array of options!
