What a place and what a guy Tim is! I cannot rate this place and Tim highly enough, I went in on the Tuesday, had no idea of style or colour or size, Tim measured me up, gave me some advice, showed me some suits and I had the choices. I told him which one I would like, he measured me up, and gave me a 3 piece to try on, it was absolutely beautiful, he made some adjustments and i went to pick it up on the Thursday, within 2 days he had made sure the suit I wanted was ready for collection so I had it for the Saturday. I honestly cannot thank him highly enough, such a genuine, lovely guy, with a very good eye to detail! I will 110% be going back in the future. Once again I'd like to thank Tim and his team for the effort they went to for me. George

My experience was shocking. At first the consultation was good, friendly staff and all that, found the suit that I liked. After about 12 weeks of wait I wanted to see if I can try my suit on with the shoes that I bought but they told me the suit wasn't ready and I thought ok it's been 12 weeks it should come soon. Tried to get an update a week later but I was told because of covid, lock down in China and the war in the Ukraine it might take a little longer. Then I was told its because of Brexit 2 weeks later and still no info about the suit. I was told not to worry it will come on time but the wedding was like about 1 month away and stress was piling up. I started looking elsewhere because I felt like I couldn't rely on Suitors for the suit to come on time and without any problems. I found the exact suit with only 48 hours delivery. When I asked for a refund I was told by Tim he was glad that I made this decision because he felt like as a business he wouldn't be able to reach my expectations and satisfaction and normally there would be a cancellation fee but in my case he will refund the full amount. The company has caused me so much stress and I wasn't able to plan our wedding to the fullest until I had my suit sorted from elsewhere. I won't recommend this place and for sure never go back there. The star that I'm leaving behind is for the other staff because this wasn't there fault

Problems on morning of the wedding Tim in the shop managed to help us out, but then when the bestman tried his shirt on it was to short in the arms, we had had issues with another shirt and a tie being dirty, it was to late by then to call the shop so we managed to sort out another shirt for the bestman with only an hour to go before the wedding. Took the suits back to the shop on the Monday after the wedding and asked for someone to call me regarding the problems. A week and two days later still no call back even after a voicemail left to call me on the following Monday. Wouldn't use this company again no aftercare service.

I highly recommend Suitors...their customer service is second to none. I needed a dinner suit at very short notice, they got me in, found a suitable suit, made adjustments there and then and within an hour and a half after I arrived I walked away with a suit.....nothing was too much trouble...I will be returning to Suitors of Northampton again...soon 🙂
