Arrived to look at some suits with my fiancé and brother for the wedding coming there were 3 members off staff on the floor making the clothing neat not one person greeted us or said hello even when we were near to them and smiling etc not friendly at all! Even when we paid for a suit the woman on the till was awful didn’t even look at us seemed very much like she was putting her nose up at us! Ruined our whole suit experience !!

I wanted to buy a suit, firstly going to moss bros but they seemed not bothered to serve me. so I went into suit direct and greeted by 2 young ladies who asked me what I was looking for, I told them and they could not do enough to help, they were very polite to me Spent over £200 and came out of there very happy. Thank you so much will shop there again and will spread the news .

I'd struggled to find a fitted white shirt for my upcoming wedding so visited SD for advice. Shaun provided excellent advice, was very helpful and provided 4-5 different shirts to try (out of the packet too!) and I found a suitable fit. Thank you very much! It's one of Derbion's newer stores and is very good. Modern, clean and has lots of great products. Highly recommended.
