Tried the chocolate concrete and it lived up to it’s name, probably not for me, one had a corner missing would have been a good idea not to send that one out to a customer. I’ll try to upload photo.

Overall the food is ok. But... health and hygiene standards are not followed no hair nets, gloves, washing hand between stations. The customer service and general professionalism of the staff is really poor.

I went in on impulse to buy some treats for the bank holiday weekend. Two staff were on duty - one on the phone, the other with her back to the counter. I had to speak several times, before she turned around. When she finally realised that there was an actual customer waiting to be served, she directed me to the other member of staff - who was still on the phone! You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. I walked out empty- handed and will not return.

Me and my friends had desserts here this evening and there's only one word to describe the service and the food - AMAZING. I was served by two helpful staff members: Nazneen and Immy. Their service was really good. I ordered a Lotus Milkcake which tasted fresh and was the right flavour and consistency. This isn't the first time I've been here, I came a few months ago and was served by Zahra who was also really nice with amazing customer service. My go to place for desserts in Brum!!!

I’ve tried many different dessert shops in and around Birmingham and can honestly say this one is the best dessert places for taste and presentation. I would just like to give a special mention to the waitress that served us. Her name was Nazneen and she was so polite and helpful. She went above and beyond for us making sure we were satisfied with our food every so often. I also want to thank the waiter Immy who topped up our hot chocolates with extra marshmallows just because he wasn’t satisfied with the presentation. THIS IS TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE.

Visited during the opening week. Friendly staff with great food which really hit the spot. Definitely worth a visit and be sure to leave enough space as the waffles are very filling. 29 flavours of ice cream should mean you can find the right one for you. Special offers on a Wednesday mean certain waffles and cookie dough are buy one get one free. 10% discount for NHS and services too. Worth a visit .
