Absolutely worse customer service I’ve ever had. I was looking for cupcakes doing for a birthday they take several days to get back in touch and when calling no one would answer. As I’m asking questions about flavors and designs they start to get ignorant with me saying that “not to be rude it’s been an hour of my time gone”. I am just asking questions as an customer because I want the best out of my moneys worth!! Same thing happened last year when I tried making booking for cupcakes and they didn’t reply for days. Honestly such a downfall as I was expecting more. Just rude and not right. I only wanted what I was asking for but no I was told to look for “elsewhere”. How disappointing and u usual for a business.

We couldn't thank the staff and the team here at sugar n spice for doing us our wedding cake 7months ago it was fantastic and very beautifully presented and designed and well worth paying for as it was a small wedding we had everything went into place the cake was yummy 😋 so thank you sugar n spice for our wedding cake were still talking about our special day now. Ordered a joint 70th birthday cake for my parents. They were very helpful when it came to deciding on a design and very accommodating in the customisations to make it personal. Was very happy when I picked it up and my parents loved it. Most importantly it tasted so delicious - light, moist sponge, plenty of buttercream filling and sweet icing! Would highly recommend for all your cake needs!
