My husband ordered and pre paid for cake for my 30th Birthday, came to collect it on the date arranged and the shop was shut. The order had been forgotten and staff said they had put the order down for the following week. Resulting in no cake. When mentioned to a friend she also had the exact same experience and excuse for the cake not being made. So disappointing I would not recommend if you need a cake for a special occasion.

Placed an online order 14 June 2022, as of today (19/07) the order has still not arrived and still shows as unfulfilled online. Original box never arrived, have been promised a replacement box, it has never arrived and now no answer to the questions via Instagram. Outstanding products horrible experience buying a cookie

Placed an order through this companies advertisement on Facebook. This was 25/04/22. The number for this business is correct but the business days are limited. Out of roughly 20 calls 3 were answered. I rang about 10 days after I placed my order. Long story short, I was advised on a Friday that she will send cookie box on a Monday. To no surprise it was sent on a following Friday regardless. So the fact the lady mentioned getting them to me fresh and not risk having them sat at Hermes depot over the weekend was pointless. On Hermes tracking it shows sent by business on Friday 13th. Hermes still expecting parcel. It is now Tuesday. Terrible service, cheap courier chosen. Poor communication. Do not order online. In person seems a different experience.
