Recently had a birthday cake from Sugar and Spice. A custom cake to order was created by the very talented baker Sha. The cake was a vegan take on my personal favourite, carrot and walnut. This was particularly special as it was a surprise from my wife and was the best carrot cake I have ever tasted. The salted caramel glaze was delicious and the cake itself was so light and airy my whole family were amazed it contained no dairy. I would highly recommend Sugar and Spice to anyone in the market for an occasion cake or if they fancy a treat for their loved one.

I’m so glad we trusted Sugar and Spice to curate three special occasion cakes for us over the past month. Each one was personalised expertly with great attention to detail, they all tasted absolutely incredible and were delivered promptly with care. The vegan choices are truly impressive! We opted for the carrot and walnut with salted caramel, classic victoria sponge, and lemon and blueberry flavours. All the cakes were fresh, flavoursome and well balanced with the perfect amount of frosting - there were endless compliments all round each time (and disbelief that the cakes were vegan)! Sha even baked us some custom teddy bear party favour cookies that were the perfect touch. I cannot recommend Sugar and Spice highly enough, thank you so much for making all our events memorable and delicious! Will definitely be ordering again soon.
