She was so friendly and kind throughout my wedding planning journey and especially when we first met on our cake tasting and made the experience so special. I showed her what cake design I wanted and she made it even better than I had imagined. She is so talented and very passionate about what she does and this really reflects on her work. I had so many people asking about who made my cake and I received such great feedback. It was baked to perfection and tasted amazing. I had to postpone my wedding and Ebru was so understanding about the situation and adapted to the changes. The cake was also delicious and I’m glad I had some to take home the next day which was a treat for us both. Planning a wedding can be a very stressful time but when it came to choosing a cake, that was the easy part. Sugar and ice cake Co were recommended to us and we are so grateful they were, as this was one of many stresses that was taken away instantly. Communication was so easy and reassuring, and even though there were so many beautiful cakes to choose from we picked the perfect one for our special day. There’s always a slight concern that the cake will never look as good in person but those were gone instantly after seeing such a perfect work of art at our reception.. We were honestly gutted to have to cut into it, but after tasting it we were so pleased to have done so, as were all our guests. I would highly recommend Sugar and ice Co to anyone who wants one less stress whilst planning their wedding as you are guaranteed a fantastic personal service, with an even more beautiful product delivered to you on your wedding day. Where do I start! Ebz was honestly a dream from start to end and made my wedding cake dreams come true! From the day we met her, had the tasting session and right up to the last minute all she cared about was making sure we were happy and doing an amazing job! I knew whilst planning our wedding that I wanted Ebru to do our wedding cake. Having done my sisters wedding cake in 2018 I knew I would not trust anyone to deliver what we had in mind for our special day. One thing I value in my vendors is having good communication with them leading up to the big day and with Ebru that is exactly what I got. Despite having to postpone our wedding 3 times, Ebru made sure that we were still kept in the loop and reassured me that everything will be fine. Ebru bought our vision to reality and I could not be happier. Our wedding cake was beyond stunning. I cant thank Ebru enough for making the most perfect wedding cake and her amazing customer service!

Sugar and Ice Cake co is owned by Ebz who is INCREDIBLE in capital letters. If there is one thing I have learnt from planning my own wedding is that you need to trust your vendors and I could have not wished for a better vendor to make my cake. From the very beginning Ebz understood us, she was flexible - she listened to us, and spent ages with us (without us even agreeing at this point to go with her). She helped us create our perfect cake. She drew everything for us so we can imagine it (and it real life it even looked more amazing, check out her instagram for the pics ;) ) and then we went to try the cake (plus she even gifted us another cake sample). We had 3 tiers (Carrot cake, chocolate hazelnut and victoria sponge cake). She was incredible reliable, came and set our cake up (flawlessly) and throughout the entire time was always so so supportive. Ebz felt like a friend and I am so happy that after searching and speaking to many cake vendors we went with her because she was the best choice we have made. THANK YOU Ebz for making our wedding cake, for being so fantastic and for making our vision a reality. My advise to anyone: Get good, trustworthy vendors because the weeks coming to the wedding you are going to be over thinking and maybe stressing so if you want a good cake vendor (and also for your pics that will last you a lifetime to be good) go for Ebz - who will take a look at your budget and make the most of it!

When it comes to wedding planning your cake is pretty important, It's a focal point of the room. We looked at a few cake makers but everyone seemed to be cold, want to give you the same cake they had created and move on. No one wanted to give the bespoke service and treat your wedding as such. That is until I stumbled across Sugar and Ice Cakes. From the first interaction, Ebs was warm, knowledgeable and had created some amazing cakes. Because of this we decided that we actually didn't want to know the design but we had one requirement, 9 tiers for the number of years we've known each other and the rest was up to Ebs! We had our cake tasting and OMG the flavours, the taste was divine. We just couldnt decide on flavours so had 4 which were delicious. So moist and even at the wedding everyone complimented how delicious the cake was. When we walked into our venue we saw the most AMAZING cake. Ebs listened to us as a couple, got to know us and BLEW US AWAY! It was more than we could have imagined. The detailing was incredible and the sheer passion, skill and time that she puts into her cakes is beyond our comprehension as it's so intricate and just mind blowing that 'Its a cake' We still stand by our decision to not design our cake and I can ensure you that if you choose the same path, you will not be disappointed. Ebs you are so talented at what you do and couples will not be disappointed! Thank you for making our cake amazing, you made our dreams come true!
