Overall very good, better condition than some dry ski slopes on the main slope (with irrigation). Very helpful friendly staff too! Able to hire all gear in the price - great value. The only downside is the beginners slope rope tow lift; its very dated and could do with an upgrade for safety reasons to something modern like a travelator lift. I watched a situation develop where the rope got stuck beneath the artificial snow tile on some metal that stuck out, dragging the user fingers first towards it - they had fallen on the floor and being a beginner didn't know to let go. Fortunately the emergency stop button was pressed. Just an observation, however hasn't put me off going back!

Very good ski centre in a nice, tucked away leisure park. I did tobogganing, which was extremely fun, but I would recommend bring a spare change of clothes, as the slope is carpeted and uses water to make it slippery. The pricing was good, and they sell cheap gloves there, if you don't bring any. Overall it was an absolutely amazing experience. 10/10

Broadly disappointed. They told my 4YO to do an on the spot assessment! We has already been skiing just fine. Once she demonstrated she could ski independently she was told she couldn’t ski on the beginners area as it wasn’t open to guests not paying for 1-1 lessons. Poor facilities if you’re a beginner. Disappointing facilities if you know how to ski. Do not recommend for bringing young kids. Unwelcoming atmosphere.
