We hired a hot tub for a week when we rented a cottage for our extended family of 15! The service we got from Stephen was superb; he responded quickly, set the tub up so that it was ready for us all to use on arrival, and the charge was pretty reasonable too. We used it loads, the kids loved it, especially the bubbles! Oh and the instructions were simple and clear. As the weather wasn't great, having a hot tub made our holiday. No issues or problems at all.

We couldn’t have asked for a better service - they communicated both with us and the rental owner as to when the hot tub would be delivered / collected. Upon arrival the hot tub was ready and waiting for us, with clear instructions. They made them selves available if any Qs needed answering.
