"I'm very upset. We've been a loyal customer for 5 years, and fully accept the non-refundable deposit in normal circumstances. But I have had to cancel an upcoming booking for the first time due to the terminal illness and imminent death of a close family member. Despite explaining this, I have still been charged the non-refundable deposit of £110. I'm so disappointed. I had expected more understanding from what is usually a very family friendly business."

We have used them in the past for their daycare and overnight hotel. Staff are wonderful. Now we are working from home a lot, we mostly make use of their "fluff the rough" grooming service. Bruno was a little scared of the hairdryer on his first visit they were very accommodating. Second trip he had the same groomer and settled in perfectly. Within easy reach of the red lion martlesham or cherry tree Woodbridge if you need somewhere to wait 😁

My little Sausage dog loves being at the crèche. The staff are lovely and really take care of her - including sun creaming her sensitive nose! I like the fact they only have dogs for the morning or whole day so the dogs get to rest in the afternoon without new energetic dogs coming in later. The over night stays are brilliant. My dog stays in the tv den with the staff for extra cuddles - the themed rooms look amazing though . It’s quite amusing watching dog owners including myself being pulled across the car park by excited dogs to get into the crèche building - I think they are showing us how they enjoy being there. Thank you everyone at Suffolk Canine Crèche .

Our dog loves coming here. He gets so excited as we pull into the car park! He's also stayed over night a couple of times and he tells me he loved that as well!! It's great being able to check on them via the cameras, although I don't think he ever went to his room, he likes to sleep in the sofa room.

Obviously it was my dog who spent the day here, she came home with a waggy tail, had her tea, did her thing, and then slept like a log, she had a very busy day 😅 the staff have all been so helpful and kind, it's always a worry to leave your pet somewhere else but I feel very confident that Dolly is in safe hands, she's looking forward to her weekend break 🌸
