I’ve been a lifelong member and couldn’t be happier either the customer service. I like saving with a local company and also seeing how the community benefits too with some of the initiatives and campaigns.

Absolute time waste. DO NOT GO here for your mortgage. They are only interested in taking their non-refundable fees and will leave you hanging for several months. Utter rubbish customer service, no one will communicate properly, they'll keep passing you around and at the end they will disappoint you. They will keep asking you for documents you have ALREADY submitted and at the end of it they will refuse your application. This is a money-making scam company. DO NOT GO HERE!

Still refusing face to face investment meetings. Even with a mask. Despite the fact counters are open? Crazy
