I cannot recommend Sue Wells fitness enough, I have been a regular at her fight club classes in the past and always felt treated as an individual regardless of the numbers in the class, but she has become a hero for me during this lockdown. Being in a vulunerable group I was not allowed to be at work so lost any form of exercise I was doing. Being overweight I feared I was going to Ballon even more. My steps went from 10000 to average of 100. I mentioned this to sue who talked through options with me, kept in touch advised on things I could do, she then started chatting through Zoom to others in my position and helped us support each other through this, from here she offered to do some classes at greatly reduced costs just to cover her costs of setting things up. This has developed into a wonderful network of people who have access to help and advice from a super qualified Sue as well as each other. When people asked questions about equipment such as kettle bells and suspension trainers Sue would set up free sessions to make sure we were using these correctly. People started asking for classes in these and as a result we have a six day programme of activities we can log into. (So you rest on the seventh day I hear you say,) well no our wonderful sue on this day set up and hosts social session that we can access, like quizzes or just general chit chat with a drink and nibbles (healthy ones of course :-).in addition to this Sue has been doing daily videos when on her early morning walks with motivational talks to start your day, posting videos of recipies and how to prepare. When I started this lockdown living alone felt like an endless world of isolation. Sue has with all her support brought the world to me indoors my steps are back up I'm exercising every day, eating healthier in fact more so than I was before lockdown. Sue is so kind, she is easy to talk to and it is obvious she thinks of the person as a whole she makes their mental health as important as their physical health.
