After waiting in all morning two men arrived to collect this drinks cabinet. It’s spotless, not so much as a scratch on it but they refused to take it as the tiny magnetic strip is missing from inside the door! It doesn’t stop the door from closing or staying closed, but they classed it as unsellable. I’m absolutely lost for words, apparently charities are so well off they are turning down decent items!

I have never seen such a worst charity shop in my life , people go there with some of their needs but due to one rude staff the shop is getting bad names. Anyways I will never ever recommend this place to anyone whom I know.

Arranged collection of bedroom furniture, which I explained wasn’t new but of good quality, even uploaded photographs, so they could have rejected them at this point instead of wasting my time ! Absolutely fuming !

Arranged collection of sofa and dining room table. Both in good condition. Followed procedures and sent photos for evidence of quality. No comments back and collection arranged. On day of collection, the company that collects (Boxmove) immediately rejected both items! The table had a light scratch on the top and the sofas they said were too worn and though some shops would accept Redditch would not! They said they would only accept as new condition and had rejected 8 sofas that day I'm seething. What is the point in requesting photos for evidence and then not reviewing them. Besides the point that the sofas were well cared for and only worn slightly on the seats. I don't recommend Sue Ruder Redditch for furniture collection. Use BHF instead.
