The Man Working There Was Quite Polite But The Woman Who Was Working There Was Very Rude And Not Very Friendly Atall. We Would Have Purchased Some Things But Her Attitude Put Us Off So We Left Without Buying Anything And We Will Not Return Either. Shame As We Buy Alot From Charity Shops, So Your Loss Really.

The guy in the reception in Portsmouth was unhelpful. He gave me a number to call when the website said I could visit in store and get a date booked. I called the number which was not available. Tried searching online until the number I called got through to the same store I visited - he was not flexible with the dates and said sorry to be a pain as we could not get a van booked. This guy is not representing your company well.
