I found Sue when I was 38 weeks pregnant. I wanted to avoid induction if possible, and had learnt of the benefits of reflexology to lower stress levels and in turn increase the release of oxytocin. Sue has an expertise in maternity reflexology so that gave me the reassurance to give it a try with her. Sue was so warm and welcoming from the start of our communication and right through the treatment which was so comforting. The treatment room was warm and calming, and the treatment itself was incredible and just what I needed. I didn’t want to leave. I booked in for a second appointment the following week, however I actually went in to labour the next afternoon and gave birth to a healthy baby boy! I have since been back to Sue a few times for some postnatal destress and relaxation and can’t recommend enough.
