We’ve just spent our wedding anniversary this weekend. So many aspects of this hotel are outstanding. The setting is stunning The terrace for cocktails. Food in the stunning restaurant is amazing (taster menu) was so creatively done. The staff couldn’t help enough - we’d single out Vicky and Abdul who made us feel so welcome throughout the evening and today for breakfast. If special and memorable or needed - head for Nuttfield Priory.

Excellent location and super venue but high tea??? now in a diabetic coma after yet another heavy dose of sugar, much the same as at Fortnums. Must resist. Good service, sandwiches were OK, then came the ... The chocolate scones were heavy and on the doughy side Éclairs were good. For the cost, who can complain??😂 Come 15.00 busy busy busy, plenty customers for high tea.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Had breakfast and used the spa facilities. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked with water, coffee and cookies. Hotel has a fantastic view from the restaurant. The spa is also open as a health club to folks not staying at the hotel. There was also a squash court. Breakfast was delightful, although the coffee was weak but you can order an espresso. The staff were very friendly , I felt well taken care of by Darcy at the reception and Caroline at breakfast.
