The owner Ben is really helpful. Being new to caravanning there is a lot for us to learn, and Ben has always been available when we have needed help and advice. Even when he's been miles away, just explaining what the problem is over the phone has been enough for him to let us know what action to take. Always a great service, would thoroughly recommend for helping to look after your Elddis, or probably any other caravan. Thank you Ben. Apr 21 - Fantastic service again from Ben and his team at Sudbury Caravans. They have pulled out all the stops to get us back on the road after problems were found at service with the brake disks and shoes. This is apparently a known warranty issue with Alko affecting defective parts supplied from them around 2019. Alko have not supplied the replacement parts in time for our trip, have not answered phones or replied to emails although they have accepted the claim, really bad service from them, but Ben has saved the day. Would thoroughly recommend Sudbury Caravans.
